PRIVATE & GROUP REFORMER PILATES
Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.

One-on-one training is the best way to progress in Pilates whether you're an advanced student or just starting out. A trained instructor will tailor your workout to meet your specific goals while incorporating the basic Pilates principles of strength and flexibility.

Small GROUP TRAINING
We offer a wide variety of group training programs and specialized classes to help you connect with activities and communities that will stimulate and support progress.

DEKA @ OSHMAN
DEKA is a timed functional fitness test that is made up of 10 exercise zones. The
OFJCC is proud to be one of the first local affiliates to partner and offer this program to the community. We host official DEKA mark events throughout the year as well as offer the DEKA playground to practice year round.
BOOTCAMP
Designed by personal trainers to make significant body composition changes over 8-week cycles, this small group training program is great for fat loss and/or muscle gains. Bootcamp includes a challenging mix of high intensity strength training, muscle building and cardiovascular exercise. We train outdoors using a variety of equipment including barbells, kettlebells and push sleds while being cued for proper form to help avoid injury and get the best results for our time.

Women on Weights
Fitness, community and support for women. Our WOW small group training program is the perfect combination of fun, camaraderie, strength training, flexibility and cardio conditioning. Led by personal trainers, we will get to know you and your goals so that workouts are customized to achieve real results. Explore and learn how to use a wide variety of equipment to be confident and safe in the gym.

REVIVE FOR CANCER SURVIVORS
This 12-week small group training program is designed for adult cancer patients and survivors who have recently become deconditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. Survivors will build muscle mass, strength and stamina under the watchful eyes of personal trainers certified in exercise prescription for cancer recovery.

TRX SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Experience the power of this abdominal and core training tool that is pivotal to coordination, flexibility, spine health and athletic performance for life and sport. Monthly 55-minute small group training workouts are offered for free so that you can learn the 7 standard exercises to then practice on your own.
mommy and me bootcamp
A stroller-based total body movement program for moms with new babies or who are expecting. Great for all fitness levels. We will meet you where you are so that you can go at the pace you feel most comfortable. Workouts are designed and coached by certified personal trainers with postpartum experience and understanding. Exercise form and movements will be customized and watched to keep you and baby safe.

DNS Mobility
DNS—Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization—is a corrective exercise approach developed at the Prague School of Rehabilitation that stimulates the motor control centers in the brain to enable us to move optimally. DNS helps one establish ideal movement patterns by improving stability in critical parts of the body that, in turn, improve overall mobility and movement skills.
Join us on Wednesdays from 4:00–4:55 PM for coached workouts with our DEKA expert and OFJCC Personal Trainer, Leeann Higgins.

TRX Suspension training straps use your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. TRX is a friendly and versatile training tool for all fitness levels and creates a fun and efficient workout experience.
Certified TRX Instructor and OFJCC Personal Trainer, Kristin Lynn, will take you through the fundamentals of safely using the equipment while teaching proper form and movement of the standard exercises on the TRX.

DNS is largely focused on essential movement patterns we established as infants, i.e., rolling, crawling standing, etc., and teaching one to fluidly move and transition between these movement patterns with optimal posture and breath. The
instructor, Brent Brayshaw, is a Certified DNS Exercise Trainer with over seven years of applying the DNS methods to his practice.
