PRIVATE & GROUP REFORMER PILATES
Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.

One-on-one training is the best way to progress in Pilates whether you're an advanced student or just starting out. A trained instructor will tailor your workout to meet your specific goals while incorporating the basic Pilates principles of strength and flexibility.
Single session: $110 Members
Included with all Private Pilate sessions, on the day of session:
Grab a friend or family member and get fit and feel better together. Partners should be at approximately the same fitness level to maximize results.

We offer a wide variety of group training programs and specialized classes to help you connect with activities and communities that will stimulate and support progress.

An 8-week fitness program to increase strength, build workout confidence and establish training partners.
BOOTCAMP
Designed by personal trainers to make significant body composition changes over 8-week cycles, this small group training program is great for fat loss and/or muscle gains. Bootcamp includes a challenging mix of high intensity strength training, muscle building and cardiovascular exercise. We train outdoors using a variety of equipment including barbells, kettlebells and push sleds while being cued for proper form to help avoid injury and get the best results for our time.

Women on Weights
Fitness, community and support for women. Our WOW small group training program is the perfect combination of fun, camaraderie, strength training, flexibility and cardio conditioning. Led by personal trainers, we will get to know you and your goals so that workouts are customized to achieve real results. Explore and learn how to use a wide variety of equipment to be confident and safe in the gym.

REVIVE FOR CANCER SURVIVORS
This 12-week small group training program is designed for adult cancer patients and survivors who have recently become deconditioned or chronically fatigued from their treatment and/or disease. Survivors will build muscle mass, strength and stamina under the watchful eyes of personal trainers certified in exercise prescription for cancer recovery.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE
Using a systematic process of conducting musculoskeletal assessments, our certified Corrective Exercise Specialists will open a window into exercises and movement patterns that can restore structural alignment, range of motion and joint stability. Meet our Corrective Exercise Specialists

Our Corrective Exercise Specialists help clients move beyond pain to feel better, move better and sleep better. They will:
- Identify types of exercises that can be used to improve common musculoskeletal imbalances
- Explain what self-myofascial release techniques are and when to use them
- Understand how stretching exercises can be used to increase mobility and range of movement
- Evaluate when to introduce strengthening exercises into corrective exercise programs to help clients move correctly and without discomfort
- Implement exercise regression and progressions as appropriate to a person's abilities

Beginning with a 55-minute assessment, your Corrective Exercise Specialist will take you through a series of movements and a wellness questionnaire to learn more about your unique deviation, injury or imbalance.
As needed, we will partner with your Physician Team, Physical Therapist and/or Chiropractic doctor to design a prescription for success.
You will then be supported with step-by-step techniques on how to holistically move properly to improve, correct or change the movement that is creating deviation, injury or imbalance.
Our Corrective Exercise program was developed using the very latest education available for fitness, personal training and physical therapy practitioners.
This masters-level coaching approach will open the door to many possibilities; not just moving pain free, but confidently setting greater life and fitness goals.
YOUTH TRAINING
Starting at 13, teens can begin using the gym independently, participate in group classes and enjoy the benefits of personal and small group training.
