YOUTH FITNESS
It's never too early to get started! We've got classes for kids as young as elementary school, and teens ages 13 and up are eligible for their own membership.

GROUP CLASSES TAILORED FOR KIDS & TEENS
Children's and teens' physical, social and even scheduling needs are different. From small-group training to rhythmic gymnastics, we are building experiences tailored to their needs.
What does training do for teens?
"In the past weekend, N. was at Frisco to compete with other top U.S. kids to be selected for XXX Pan Am Junior Championships 2022. She won 1st place in GS U15 and she will represent the USA and go to the Dominican Republic to compete with other kids in North and South America. Thank you so much for training N. Her badminton coach said N. had noticeable improvement, and she would like to continue seeing Nicole improve on her agility and explosiveness. Thank you so much!"

Trainers who work with young people know that the developing body has its own growth patterns, strengths and nutritional needs. Knowledgeable trainers work with teens to ensure that they avoid injury or unbalanced workouts while safely meeting their goals for strength, flexibility and endurance.

AQUATICS FOR TODDLERS TO TEENS
From toddler swim lessons through swim team for teens, the pool is also an important place for youth fitness.
