REFORMER PILATES

PRIVATE AND GROUP CLASSES

Create stability for your spine, strengthen and lengthen your entire body on our state-of-the-art Pilates apparatus. The workhorse of Pilates is the Reformer, a specialized piece of equipment with a moving platform that uses spring resistance. The Reformer allows for full range of motion and challenges your core and stability.

  • 3 x 55-minute private Pilates Reformer sessions
  • Full-body complimentary 45-minute session on the Pilates Reformer

One-on-one training is the best way to progress in Pilates whether you're an advanced student or just starting out. A trained instructor will tailor your workout to meet your specific goals while incorporating the basic Pilates principles of strength and flexibility.

Single session: $110 Members 

Included with all Private Pilate sessions, on the day of session:

  • Pre-workout neuro and muscular warm-up using the newest fitness and wellness tools in our R&R Room
  • Post-workout cool-down and recovery services to avoid delayed onset muscle soreness, stress relief and sleep restoration using therapies in our R&R Room

Grab a friend or family member and get fit and feel better together. Partners should be at approximately the same fitness level to maximize results.
