Cancelling Your Membership

  • Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • At the end of said paid period, cancelling member(s) will not be subject to any further dues and all membership privileges will be terminated.
  • All remaining members on a multi-person agreement will be converted to an appropriate membership type and charged accordingly.
  • Billing will continue for remaining active members on the agreement using the existing primary billing method unless and until alternate primary billing information has been provided or a cancellation request for all remaining active members has been submitted.

  • Emailing myaccount@paloaltojcc.org with the subject "Cancel Request." 
  • Stop by the Front Desk or Member Services office in person.
  • Mail a letter to the Member Services office at 3921 Fabian Way, Palo Alto, CA 94303
  • Please do not send any requests regarding your membership to ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC, as ABC will not receive them.

FREEZING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Cancel using this form.

  • We are happy to accommodate up to 3 months' freeze per calendar year.
  • Each freeze is offered for a minimum duration of 1 month to a maximum duration of 3 months.
  • We do not offer indefinite freezes; freezes must have a defined start and end date.
  • Freezes can be applied to the entire account (default) or to specific members only.
  • Please be sure to submit all required information (see below), as we cannot process a freeze until we have all of this information, and we do not offer retroactive freezes.
  • Please allow us 3-5 business days from the time of your request to process and begin the freeze.
