Cancelling or Pausing Your Membership
Need to Cancel?
Let us know you need to cancel your membership.
For a temporary pause, or for more about our policies, keep reading below.
- Upon receipt of a cancellation request, recurring dues cease and the account remains active for 30 days.
- If any part of those 30 days is not already covered by dues from the current paid period, OFJCC will bill a one-time, non-recurring Prorated Notice Period Amount on the 1st of the next month; if fully covered, no amount is billed.
- At the end of the 30-day period, all membership privileges end for cancelling member(s).
- All remaining members on a multi-person agreement will be converted to an appropriate membership type and charged accordingly.
- Billing will continue for remaining active members on the agreement using the existing primary billing method unless and until alternate primary billing information has been provided or the agreement is fully cancelled.

- We are happy to accommodate up to 3 months' pause per calendar year.
- Each pause is offered for a minimum duration of 1 month to a maximum duration of 3 months.
- We do not offer indefinite pauses; pauses must have a defined start and end date.
- If only some members are being removed from a multi-person membership agreement, the change may take effect as of the date the request is processed, rather than after a 30-day notice period. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
- Pauses can be applied to the entire account (default) or to specific members only.
- Please be sure to submit all required information (see below), as we cannot process a pause until we have all of this information, and we do not offer retroactive pauses.
- Please allow us 3–5 business days from the time of your request to process and begin the pauses.
