• Register for fitness programs, including cycling
• Schedule, purchase and receive reminders for personal training and other appointments
• Update appointments or enrollment up to 24 hours ahead of time
• Access your account history and update membership account information

You’ll need to register the first time you log in. Follow the steps below.

• Go to www.myiclubonline.com/iclub/members or click on the button at the top of this page.
• Click “Register.”
• Use your OFJCC agreement number, full name and ZIP code to begin.
• If you aren’t sure about your agreement number, click “Retrieve my Agreement Number.”
• If there are multiple members in your household, you’ll be asked for the number from the barcode on your physical member pass as well.
• If you need assistance getting your barcode or agreement number, please contact us at (650) 223-8700 or CustomerService@paloaltojcc.org.
• Lastly, enter your email and create your username and password to complete your registration.

If you have previously registered your MyiClubOnline Fitness Account but cannot log in, you may use the “I forgot my username or password” link on the Member Sign In page. If you have questions or need assistance, please email us at CustomerService@paloaltojcc.org or call (650) 223-8700.

Once you have created your MYiCLUBonline account, you can reserve classes using the following steps:

• Log in to MYiCLUBonline
• On the “Classes” page, please select the desired week to see available times and search the name of the class.
• Select the green “Enroll Now” button next to your desired time.
• Reservations may be made up to 5 days in advance.
• Once you’ve completed your enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email.

Each adult is required to sign the below waiver. Minors can be added on to the same waiver as their
guardian.

• Before you come to campus for the first time, please fill out a waiver here.
• Check the consent box.
• Insert your first name, last name and barcode.
• Add up to three minors who are on your account.
• Input the email address where you would like your copy of the waiver to be sent.
• Click “Submit.”
