An 8-week fitness program
- Overcome a strength plateau
- Learn weight-lifting form and movement patterns
- Increase bone density and lean muscle mass
- Tone and build confidence in the weight room
- Train with others for community and support
program includes:
- Two 55-minute in-person Personal Trainer-led workouts focusing on strength development and form
- One additional workout provided to help amplify results and for practicing on your own
- Week 1 and week 8 assessments including the InBody Fitness Scan to measure and report progress
- Small group size of 4–6 participants
- Hybrid workouts held both indoors and outdoors to promote exploration and confidence around strength training
