I believe the human body thrives on being active and engaging in a healthy lifestyle that promotes good health, exercise, nutrition and wellness. Exercise can be the natural remedy for any change you want to make in your physical body, i.e., your emotional mind, sleep, stress, everyday pains, etc. Once engaged in a routine and you can see and feel the difference in your life, you won't want to stop!
