Philosophy
Over the past ten years in my experience as a personal trainer, there has been a recurring and very special experience that I get to witness. The reasons that people start an exercise routine are often different than the ones that keep them going. There are wonderful hidden discoveries waiting in each person's fitness journey that reveal themselves along the way. I am continually excited to be a part of the path for meaningful life change through the power of exercise and movement. I am an active listener and enjoy creating workouts that resonate and inspire!
