Embrace the change of season with an afternoon of rejuvenating yoga with Josie.

  • 4:00–6:00 PM | Session 2: Restorative with Yoga Nidra

Session 1: Hatha Yoga XL
Enjoy an extended Hatha session where you will explore practices that an hour-long class doesn't allow for, diving deeper into breath, sound and surrender.

Session 2: Restorative with Yoga Nidra
Wind down the afternoon with a relaxing restorative yoga session, using a multitude of soft props to support your practice. This restful session will culminate with yoga nidra, a guided form of meditation, known as the 'sleep' of the yogis.

About the Instructors:
Josie Sykes is well into her second decade of teaching yoga. She has more than 1500 hours of training and remains a dedicated student. Currently teaching public and private classes in the Bay Area and online, she continues to teach anatomy and philosophy on 500-hour teacher trainings. Most of all, Josie loves to share what her very first class brought her; intelligent linking of breath, mind and body culminating in an immense feeling of ease and wellbeing.
