Small Group Training options are designed for just a few people, providing personal attention from the instructor at an affordable price.
Most small group training options are open to both OFJCC Fitness & Wellness members and to the public.
Registration is required in advance for all small group training. However, most options include both a single-session price and a substantially discounted price for the whole series.
