OFJCC Triathlon Challenge
The OFJCC Fitness Team invites you to participate in the 2025 Triathlon challenge. During the challenge, participants will have the FULL month of May to complete all three distances of a Triathlon. Participants will choose between one of three distances and compete as an individual or a team.
Participants who complete the challenge will receive a Tri–Challenge Finisher Prize! Register for the program HERE.
Registration Options:
All members who register will have access to weekly onsite instructor-led pool, track and cycling workouts, a one-month training program, miles tracker and support from your Tri coaches and other program participants in the group.

Option 1: Individual Tri
Athletes who register as an individual will complete all of the distances in one of three registration options on their own.

Option 2: Tri–Club Team
Athletes who register as a team of 2 or 3 will complete the distances in the Individual Full Category as a team. Each team will determine how the distances are divided between team members.

Distance Options:

Individual Full
Athletes in the Individual Full Division will complete a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and 26.2-mile run. Athletes who choose not to swim can row 15K meters.

Individual Half
Athletes in the Individual Half Division will complete a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike ride and 13.1-mile run. Athletes who choose not to swim can complete a 7500-meter row.

Individual Olympic
Athletes in the Olympic Division will complete a 1-mile swim, 25-mile bike ride, and 6.2-mile run. Athletes who choose not to swim can complete a 5K-meter row.

Team Full
Athletes in the Team Full Division will compete in a team of two or three. Distances in the Team Full are the same as Individual Full. Team members will determine how the distances are divided. Athletes who choose not to swim can row 15K meters.
