OFJCC Triathlon Challenge
The OFJCC Fitness Team invites you to participate in the 2025 Triathlon challenge. During the challenge, participants will have the FULL month of May to complete all three distances of a Triathlon. They will choose between one of three distances and compete as an individual or team. All program participants will receive a miles tracker to keep track of their distances during the program. Participants who complete the challenge will receive a Tri-Challenge Finisher Prize! Register for the program HERE.
Registration Options

Option 1: Tri-Club
Athletes who register as a Tri-Club Participant will have access to a weekly on-site instructor who will lead pool, track and cycling workouts; a one-month training program; miles tracker; and support from your Tri-Club coaches and other participants in the group.
Tri-Club is fee-based and costs $150.

Option 2: Tri-Club Team
Athletes who register as a Tri-Club Participant will have access to a weekly on-site instructor who will lead pool, track and cycling workouts; a one-month training program; miles tracker; and support from your Tri-Club coaches and other participants in the group. Athletes in this category will choose how they split distances.
Tri-Club is fee-based and costs $300.

Option 2: Independent
Athletes who choose the Independent track will not have access to the programmed pool, track and cycling workouts and will complete all distances independently. Athletes in this option will receive the miles tracker to help track their distances.
There is NO FEE to register for this option.
Distance Options

Individual Full
Athletes in the Individual Full Division will complete a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and 26.2-mile run. Athletes who choose not to swim can row 15K meters.

Individual Half
Athletes in the Individual Half Division will complete a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike ride and 13.1-mile run. Athletes who choose not to swim can complete a 7500-meter row.

Individual Olympic
Athletes in the Olympic Division will complete a 1-mile swim, 15-mile bike ride, and 6.2-mile run. Athletes who choose not to swim can complete a 5K-meter row.

Team Full
Athletes in the Team Full Division will compete in a team of two or three. Distances in the Team Full are the same as Individual Full. Team members will determine how the distances are divided. Athletes who choose not to swim can row 15K meters.
Pre-Program Swim Clinic
