Meet Personal Training Specialist, Heather Jackson, and learn about the variety of programs offered on campus for new and expecting moms, including STRONGER: for Moms.
STRONGER: for Moms is a six-week program led by certified pre- and post-natal training specialist, Heather Jackson. Week 1 includes a fitness assessment and introduction to strength training. Each class will evolve to best support the individuals in class. This class is for moms trying to conceive, currently pregnant and postpartum. Let's get STRONGER together while also building community and having fun!
