Introduction to Feldenkrais

The Feldenkrais Method is a powerful revolutionary approach to improving your life and fitness.

Feldenkrais is based on principles of physics, biomechanics, neuroscience and an understanding of learning and human development.

In this eight-session class, Master Instructor Brad Beldner will guide you through combinations of gentle functional movements sequences that will quickly increase your functional mobility and health.

Brad is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Movement and Somatic Education Instructor. He has been teaching Feldenkrais classes in the Bay Area for over 25 years and at the OFJCC since 2010. Brad's classes are creative and fun and influenced by his background in the improvisational theater, yoga, dance and martial arts, fitness and performance.

Class size limited to 8 participants to ensure a small, focused group and personalized attention.
