Try something new! The OFJCC Fitness and Wellness Center will be hosting Fitness Week, a week of FREE classes and services, from Saturday, January 11–Friday, January 17. Join in the festivities all week long, with SPECIAL CLASSES and FREE programs including pickleball clinics, Pilates Reform demos, Tai Chi, yoga, Zumba, swim technique clinics and more.
All week long, you can:
- Learn about new Fitness Center programming being rolled out later this month
- Try the Aquatics Workout of the Day (updated daily)

Sample a workout of our newest strength program for all fitness levels. This 8-week program will increase overall strength, build workout confidence using weights and establish training partner community to keep you coming back for more.
