Sunday, January 11: Stronger: Circuit | Swim Technique and Training

    Designed by personal trainers to make significant body composition changes, this small group training program is great for fat loss and/or muscle gain. Class includes a challenging mix of high intensity strength training, muscle building and cardiovascular exercise. We train outdoors, using a variety of equipment including barbells, kettlebells and push sleds, while being cued for proper form to help avoid injury and get the best results for our time. Click here to register. 

  • 3:00–3:45 PM | Swim Technique and Training | Outdoor Pool
    This fitness class is for adults who know how to swim and want to improve their technique and increase endurance. Fine-tuning freestyle and introducing backstroke and breaststroke techniques are the focus of this 45-minute workout. Monday, January 12: Stronger: Osteo-Fit | Pilates Reformer Demos | Stronger: Circuit

    Designed to support bone health, increase muscle strength, improve balance and prevent falls, this class includes proper lifting technique for the basic five lifts: overhead press, squat, row, chest press and deadlift.     Learn the basic principles and techniques of Pilates for a full body workout!
